Our Eggs
Our girls lay about four to six dozen eggs a day, and we'd be delighted to share their little gifts with you.
We don't wash our eggs to maximize their freshness and nutrition. Hens lay eggs with a protective membrane which seals the porous surface from bacterial contamination. This allows eggs to not spoil at room temperature.
We ask that you wash the eggs in warm water just prior to using them to rub away surface dirt and any bacteria on the shell. After washing eggs, it is necessary to refrigerate eggs as the egg shell will now be permeable to bacteria.
Customer Reviews:
"Thank you thank you thank you!! Ben (11 months old) was not eating eggs at all and today he gobbled up Em & Emi's eggs in a second! Put me down for more!!" - Julia
